Our 6 Week Challenge is personally run by our Owner and Head Coach, Beth Seder. Beth is a 4-time Regional Athlete, Doctor of Physical Therapy, CF Level 3 Trainer and Mom who is certified in a number of specialties. Check out her bio HERE.

Cobalt is a CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and WELL-EQUIPPED facility that is easy to get to from Sunrise Highway and Southern State Pkwy. We have ample parking, and everything you need to come in, get a great work out and get on with your day in just an hour!
