Team WOD

2 people to a team. All of the reps must be completed by the team before moving on to the next movement.

One team member will hang from a pull-up bar while the other completes reps. Reps will only count while the other teammate is hanging. You may switch whenever you like, as many times as you like. If you can no longer hang you may hold a plank. If you go to planks, the penalty will be 1 burpee each time you switch.

Each team must complete:

100 Air Squats

75 supermans

60 sit-ups

45 KB Swings (1.5/1.0)

30 med-ball cleans

20 wall balls

10 burpees

20 yard partner carry by each partner
