Alternating Rounds Of: 

  • max rep strict press directly unto max rep push press, directly into max rep push jerk (96/65)
  • When the bar hits the floor, run 400m
  • max rep OHS, directly into front squats, directly into back squats (95/65) 
  • When the bar hits the floor run 400m
  • Repeat. 

* score is total reps of shoulder to OH and squats
