Death By Pull Ups

  • With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... Up to 20 Min

    • If you can get up to 20 minutes...KEEP GOING

  • When you cant complete the number of pull-ups in that minute, Do 20 sit ups per minute remaining on the clock
