  • Sit ups
  • double unders
  • row for calories
  • russian twists
  • hand stand hold
  • hollow rocks

- Rest 1 minutes bewteen each tabata.

-Tabata is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, or a total of 4 minutes each.
