Partner WOD:

  • 250 Shoulder to Overhead per team (75/55 - co-ed teams use 65)
  • bar cannot touch the ground (20 burpee penalty)
  • partner not doing S2O must be performing the accessory movement for reps to count:
  1. minutes 1-4 = sit-ups
  2. minutes 4-8 = air squats
  3. minutes 8-12 = box jumps
  4. after 12 min = burpees
