Partner WOD:

  • Each team member will accumulate 4 minutes of a weighted wall sit (25/15)
  • 1 partner runs 200m while the other does max rep pull-ups; then switch and repeat
  • 40 partner wall balls
  • 1 partner runs 400m while the other does max rep burpees; then switch and repeat
  • 30 partner sit-up wall balls
  • 1 partner runs 800m while the other does max rep atlas stone lifts; then switch and repeat
  • 20 partner depth jumps
