Tabata  Burpees

  • (Tuck Jump Burpees, Rolling Burpees, Belushi Purpees, Regular Burpees)

Run 1 mile for time.

  • Tuck Jump Burpee - Tuck jump on the jump
  • Rolling Burpees - chest to desk, full barrell roll back to chest, and up
  • Belushi Burpee - turn 180* on your jump
