AMRAP of 2 min. at each station with 1 min. rest between

  • Station 1: One partner holds the top of a deadlift (185/115)  while the other performs burpees
  • Station 2: One partner holds a plank on elbow while the other does KB swings (1pd/1.5pd)
  • Station 3: Handstand hold with sit-ups
  • Station 4: Rack Hold (135/95) with wall balls
  • Station 5: Wall Sit with T2B
