Ascending ladder by 1's of the following round:

  • 2 burpees over stone
  • 1 Atas Stone Lift (115/95)
  • Sprint to end of driveway and back

(second round is 2 burpees first stone lift, 2 burpees, second stone lift, then sprint, etc..)
