Skill: Burgener Warm-Up

WOD: 

"Surviving a Shark Attack Part II" 

20 minutes of: 

Perform a 1 min. L-sit in the rings (over shark infested waters)

Each time your time your feet hit the ground, you will do one round of the following: 

  • 6 pistols
  • 6 one arm KB snatches (53/35)
  • (because you lost your limbs when you let your feet hit the water, obviously.) 

Once you've finished your total rounds, complete as many snatches as possible for the remainder or the time. (115/75) 

Your score is total snatches.
