Skill: Hanstands/Handstand Walks

  • practice free standing handstands/handstand walks

WOD:  

4 rounds: 

  • 3 wall climbs
  • 12 squat cleans
  • 36 double unders

Buy out: 50 tuck ups, 50 twisting sit-ups (perform regular sit-up, but instead of touching toes, right hand touches floor on left side of feet, then vice-versa)
