Partner WOD:

  • 5 Deadlifts 155/ 105 <--> 10 Double Unders
  • 4 Power Cleans <--> 8 Hollow Rocks
  • 3 Front Squats <--> 6 TTB
  • 2 Shoulder to OH <--> 4 HSPU
  • 1 Over head squat <--> 1 Rope Climbs

--Each partner must complete 3 rounds of each movement before moving to the the next set, partners cannot work at the same time.

-Example: 3 rounds of: Partner 1 completes 5 DL ---> Partner 2 completes 10 Double Unders

                  3 rounds of: P2 completes 5 DL ---> P1 completes 10 Double Unders

                  3 rounds of: P1 completes 4 DL ---> P2 completes 8 Hollow Rocks

                  3 rounds of: P2 completes 4 DL ---> P1 completes 8 Hollow Rocks
