Partner WOD:

*As a class, push the sled around the block for 1-2 laps (depending on the amount of athletes in class). Each team of two will push the sled as far as they can without stopping. Once they stop they will leave the sled and continue around the block and back into the gym. Then the next team of two will catch up to the sled and continue to push. In the meantime, the rest of the teams in the gym will be completing teh following AMRAP:

  • 20 Over the box med-ball sit-ups
  • 6 tire flips with jumps
  • 10 burpees over your partner

The AMRAP is over when the sled is back in front of the driveway.
