Partner A: 5 Front Squats & Max Burpees over the bar 

Partner B: 200m row

Partner A completes 5 front squats then max number of burpees jumping over the oly bar laterally between reps while partner rows 200m. Each Partner to complete set as fast as possible for 6 rounds
