Cindy and Dave thought it would be a good idea to have a WOD dedicated to Christine all the pregnant moms of Cobalt, past present and future! So for todays WOD we will be using weighted vests, or increasing resistance to show our support and know what it's like to get through a WOD while creating and carrying a kid all at the same time. Good Luck to Christine, who is due in about 2 weeks! We can't wait to meet your "+1" !!

  • Run 400m
  • Bootstraps
  • Spiderman
  • Calf Stretch
  • Goblet Squats x 10
  • KBS at wall x 10
  • Shoulder Mobility
  • Beat Swings x 10
  • Pull-Ups x 5
  • Push-Ups x 20
  • v-ups x 20
  • 1,2,3,4,5....10 TTB (stay unbroken ALAP)

WOD:

20 min. AMRAP

-with a weighted vest if you have it-

  • Run 200m with a med ball at the front your waist (AHAP)
  • 8 Prego-Burpees (stomach can not hit the floor)
  • 8 KBS (AHAP)
  • 8 Box Jumps with a med ball
  • 8 TTB
