Partner WOD:

  • In 15 min - Find a team 1 RM Bench Press

Rest 1 min.  - At 17:00 mark:

  • As a team, complete 20 reverse burpees

Then,

4 rounds of:

  • 20 ring dips
  • 20 synchro air squats
  • 20 ring rows   +(from a box of able)
