  • 40 Partner Pistols
  • 20 DB Snatches (each)

TODAY'S MINDSET

You dont have to come to full extension on the box step-overs, just get over! All movements are as a team except for the DB snatches, which must be done one at a time. PS - the key to partner pistols os to lean back on each other!
