  • 6 bicep curls

TODAY'S MINDSET

Take the time to warm up and clear out the lactic acid you've built up over the last few days. We're going heavy on deadlifts, but don't push it if you don't have it. We're NOT looking for 1 reps today! We're training the loft and working on good form with heavier weights.
