  • Quad Stretch

  • Side Lunge with Reach x 10

  • Walking Lunges x 10

  • Shoulder Mobility

  • Plate Ground to OH x 10

  • Mountain Climbers x 20

  • Russian Twists x 20

  • Med Ball Clean Wall Balls x 10

WOD:

“Tabata Thursday”

8 Rounds of each with 1 min rest between:

  • Sit-Ups

  • Slam Ball Squat Clean and Slams

  • Airdyne Cals

  • Grasshoppers

  • Single Arm KBS


TODAY’S MINDSET

Good old-fashioned tabata. Get warm, and work up a sweat. the Slam Balls and KBS are all about your posterior chain, and using your hips correctly. If your shoulders are burning out, you need to use your bum!
