We have been invited to an Rx throw-down between Crossfit Bastion, Crossfit Revenge and US! We are looking for same-sex teams of three! If you would like to participate, watch the board of more info, and list your team! More details coming soon, form your teams now!

Stone over bar + Sprint

Part A. In teams of 3, athletes will work to get the most reps of stone over bar in 3 minutes. 

Part B. At the 3 minute marker 1 athlete will sprint 200 meters followed by the following two athletes after being tagged in individually when the runner returns.
