Mothers In Love With Fitness Throwdown

The "Mothers In Love with Fitness Throwdown" is almost here! 12 of our members will be competing along side athletes from CF Revenge and CF Sanctuary. The event is at CF Sanctuary and begin at 5PM! Please come down and cheer on our athletes!

The 3 WODs are…. Drum roll please…

WOD I: "Hanging with Mama"

In a team of 4 complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

Team of two performs splitting reps however they see fit:
6 burpee box overs (20 inches)
6 Hang power cleans (55).
Then they tag in the next group of two.

Team of two performs splitting reps however they see fit:
9 burpee box overs (20 inches)
9 Hang power cleans (55).
Then they tag in the next group of two.

Team of two performs splitting reps however they see fit:
12 burpee box overs (20 inches)
12 Hang power cleans (55).
Then they tag in the next group of two.

Team of two performs splitting reps however they see fit:
15 burpee box overs (20 inches)
15 Hang power cleans (55).
Then they tag in the next group of two.

Team of two performs splitting reps however they see fit:
18 burpee box overs (20 inches)
18 Hang power cleans (55).
Then they tag in the next group of two.

Begin from top…

WOD 2: "Tabata yo Mama"

You will perform 6 interval rounds at each station tabata style. There will be a20sec workload period immediately followed by a 10 sec rest period. There will also be a 30 sec rest period in between stations. The following are the stations:

Ring Rows
Goblet Squats (20lb)
Calorie Row
Russian KB swings (30lb)

WOD 3: "Mama said knock you out"

8min Max effort Shoulder to Overhead

A team of 4 will be assigned 2 racks that you will use. You will decided 2 separate weights that your team will perform shoulder to overheads with. One person may only work at a time. Each weight has a designated amount of points that each rep will give you. The following are the weights you can choose:

45 lbs = 1pt
55 lbs = 2pts
65 lbs = 3 pts
75 lbs = 4pts
