You register, we send you a shirt, you complete the 3 lifts on your own or with a group of attractive women at your gym (or Box if you’re so inclined) and enter your score on-line. Your score is the total of all 3 lifts in pounds. Squat Weight + Shoulder to Overhead Weight + Barbell Complex Weight = Score.
