Nutrition is the foundation of good health. When it comes to CrossFit, we recommend "The Zone" and/or "Paleo" diets. The Zone Diet is based upon eating the correct proportion of the three macro-nutrients (proteins, carbs, and fats). The Paleo diet recommends we eat more like our caveman ancestors. This means no grains, dairy, legumes or added sugar.
A combination of these two diets will dramatically improve you health, performance and state of mind. Eating organic, non-processed foods, and avoiding substances that inherently do not agree with the human body will change immediately how you feel.
