Have your child's birTHday party with us! Run by our crossfit kids certified coach and his crossfit certified trainer assistants, it's 2 hours of freedom, fun, pizza and laughs for all!
**Convenient Packages to choose from. Each party includes a team warm-up, kid-appropriate workout, and crossfit game, followed by pizza, cake, and a follow-up cake-burn-off activity to end the festivities! Recommended age for each guest is 5-12. No experience is necessary. CrossFit is an all-inclusive sport that everyone can enjoy!
CRossfit kids BIRTHDAY PACKAGES
The "Cindy" Package
Just the basics. We provide the coach and the program, you provide everything else. Bring your own food, drinks, cake and goodie-bags. Group photos emailed after the party. $30 per kid (8 kid minimum)
The "Fran" package
Middle of the road. You bring the cake and goody-bags, we'll provide pizza and drinks for the kids, and of course we bring all the fun! Each kid gets a CrossFit Cobalt sticker and 2 CrossFit Pencils you can add to your goody bags. Includes group photo emailed. $35 per kid (8 kid minimum)
the "Murph" package
Sit Back, Relax...we got this. We provide a all food and drinks, including a personalized cake plus enough for moms and dads. The birthday kid gets a CF Kids T-shirt, and all who attend get a goody bag with stickers, pencils, coupons, and questionably-healthy (and peanut free) snacks. Includes group photo. $45 per kid (8 kid minimum)

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.
